Very unhappy with my experience ordering with Strictly Static.I placed an order on the 21 September. I emailed for an update on the 30th September and I was told my order would be ready to leave in the middle of next week (6th October). I emailed again on the 8th and I was told that my order was delayed due to fuel shortages. I emailed again on the 13th and received no reply. I emailed again on the 18th and I was told my order was leaving that day and would be with me within 2 days. I replied asking for a tracking number and was told it wasn’t available but they would send it to me. After not receiving it, I emailed and received no response. I emailed again a day later and yet again received no response. Once again I emailed the day after, no response. My order finally arrived on the 22nd October, over a month later, and I was very disappointed with the items. The main item I was looking forward to was the “Donut Touch Floor Mats”. The design that I received is different from what is shown on their website. The graphic is different and in my opinion, not as nice. The mats also don’t feature the stitching around the edges like is shown on their website. I also ordered snow foam and I was given a different one than I had ordered.I emailed Strictly Static on the 22nd to say I wasn’t happy and as of today, the 27th, they haven’t replied. The last communication I’ve had from them was on the 18th October.
