Apart from 1 member of staff I found the rest to be very rude and unhelpful when it came to me enquiring about delivery. The main reason for the 1 star is I was led to believe this would be a sturdy bed. I employed our usual handyman to assemble the bed but he had to cut the middle sections down as they were longer than the corner sections so the bed was out of balance. Now the bed is buckling and my husband is having to put extra supports in the middle to strengthen it. My son only weighs 10 stone so goodness knows what would happen if he had weighed more. Just a very unsatisfactory experience all round.
