This company had been a staple for years, however, after a purchase of over 12 Eucalyptus Red River Gum Trees dying, and asking for replacements for over $500 plus in trees, and this company dropped the ball. We contacted them over a dozen times via email, as their phone number would not even allow messages, the most we got was a maybe and then never heart anything back. Heres the deal little companies, people like us are your life blood, when over 12 trees of yours die that you send us and you arent willing to support us, then we go elsewhere. We never had any issue up to this point, but, 500+ dollars on trees that die, the right thing to do is replace it, otherwise, you lose customers like us.
