I opted for express shipping and received no updates for five days. I tried to change my size to large, but after another two days, there's still no sign of shipping. My order hasn't shipped for over a week. The support team seems to only respond to emails for one hour a day (9 to 10 PM??). I'm doubtful I will get these in time for the holidays, and I still haven't seen the shirts.
