I bought three shirts and the image on every one was off-center. While some were better than others, it was clear no one took the time to properly center them. I'm okay with them being reprints, but I wish they had taken more pride in their work. After I contacted customer service, they ghosted me. Based on other reviews, they are clearly repeat offenders.Additionally, I was charged foreign transaction fees, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I discovered the company is based in Australia. When I contacted Kim from customer service about this, she assured me it couldn't be true because their warehouse is in the U.S. After I showed them my transaction, they just brushed it off. I'll be reporting them to the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
