This seems to be the only way to get these guys to respond. I have been trying to exchange two shirts to a larger size for like two months. It took writing a bad review for them to respond to me in the first place. What will it take for you guys to respond? I get a bit response to reply with my tracking number and I did. Twice. I got the same bot response both times. My package arrived on the 18th and I was told a 3-5 business day turn around. I still can't get a response. PLEASE let me know if you guys plan to ever exchange these or if I'm just out 120 bucks. Thanks.
