I opted for express shipping but didn't receive any updates for five days. I attempted to change my size to a large, and after another two days, there's still no indication of shipping. My order hasn't been dispatched for over a week. The support team only seems to respond to emails for one hour each day (9 to 10 PM??). At this pace, I'm doubtful I'll get these in time for the holiday, and I still haven't seen what the shirts are like.
