I have never been one for drinking water even after running or a session in the gym, but boy have you changed that. I REALLY love my Strike Electrolyte drinks, the Berry Fusion is my favourite and I find it very refreshing.I have tried other electrolyte drinks but they just don't cut it like Strike does.
