I honestly can’t say enough good things about Strike Nutrition electrolytes. I used them throughout my whole pregnancy and they made such a difference to my energy levels. I felt more awake, hydrated, and just better overall. On the days I forgot to take them, I genuinely noticed straight away — I felt more tired and flat, which really showed me how effective they actually are.They’re easy to drink, not harsh on the stomach, (they actually taste really nice too ) and actually do what they say they will (which is rare!).
