I purchased an item for $31 and paid extra for expedited shipping. The delivery was delayed, and after I told them I no longer wanted the item, they shipped it anyway. Now they’re refusing to offer a proper refund and are only offering $3 as “compensation.” To return the item, they expect me to pay international shipping to China which was never disclosed at the time of purchase.Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and the whole experience has been extremely frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid this seller and buy from more reputable companies that stand behind their service and respect consumer rights.
