Has a poor refund policy that doesn't offer a refund if you try the paid functionality even once.I subscribed yesterday to test the paid functionality which wasn't available on the free option, I tested it briefly and found it not suitable for use due to a limitation not mentioned in their help docs. I then requested a refund with an hour/two of subscribing to be told that since I had done a single export (which is just an API call on their end) no refund was available. Ridiculous.
