I purchased size large in the shorts, fits perfectly for my 32" waist, very comfortable, material moves with you, breathable. Good for running, hybrid workouts and strength. Size medium in the vest, it fits perfectly, nice and lightweight, good material and breathable.The socks are so comfortable, they don't slip in your shoes either.
