I purchased this leak-proof cup after seeing great recommendations, and it genuinely does not leak, even when using a straw! I no longer have to worry about water spilling in my bag. However, it does leak if I turn it upside down right after sipping, possibly because the spill-safe valve isn't completely sealed? I also got a sleeve and strap for it, but I didn't realize it was only meant for smaller cups, which caused it to break when I tried it on a larger one. I reached out to customer support just to ask for a replacement, and they were very accommodating, offering to send me a new one. I'm really appreciative of their attentiveness and quick assistance!
