I bought a brand new shower pump in October 2024 and registered the 3-year warranty with the manufacturer within three days of receiving it. Unfortunately, the pump began to fail within a couple of months, making loud noises and struggling to provide the expected water pressure. When I reached out to the manufacturer for assistance, they asked for a copy of the invoice and warranty. After submitting these, they denied any responsibility and claimed that the warranty registration shouldn't have been accepted since I purchased the item from an online platform. This was a new item, never used. The representatives indicated that this platform isn't recognized as an authorized retailer for their products. My concern is why they allowed the warranty registration in the first place only to refuse to honor it when the product failed within a year. This feels very dishonest and misleading. Now, I have to buy another shower pump and pay for plumbing services again, and it certainly won't be from this manufacturer. I strongly advise against their products; their warranty is essentially worthless.
