***UPDATE 9/26 They never called/returned email/answered chat/answered phone/showed up COMPLETE SCAM***Booked online for the $50 flat rate (online only). Immediately charged $64 and given 30-90 minute ETA. That was at 6:30 pm. It's now almost 10 pm. I've emailed twice with no response and called the number given for dispatch only to be promptly disconnected from both options (press 1 for new ticket, press 2 for existing ticket). This is literally the most unprofessional and disrespectful consumer experience I've had in a LONG time. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
