As long as flights run on schedule, everything seems fine. But when a problem occurs, their true level of service becomes apparent – and unfortunately, it is very poor.After my flight was cancelled, I received no real help or alternative solutions. The only options offered were to either wait or cancel my reservation. Essentially, their “assistance” ended there.No initiative, no effort to find an alternative, no real customer support when it was truly needed.
