Booked a flight ticket with them from Czech Airlines. End up having my name written wrong (they wrote "mr" at the end of my name). Obviously you cannot change passenger name so my ticket is gone. After bunch of calls and emails, I couldn't get a single penny back. I had to buy the exact same ticket one more time from Czech Airlines. Terrible customer service.
