I paid for a voucher as a means to get a discount on a website. I haven't received the voucher and four days later I'm still trying to get hold of customer service (I've had one email with a wait-out and nothing since). They don't have telephone customer service and don't respond to email, so I'm having to escalate it via my bank as a fraudulent payment. And I'm getting spammed with emails trying to sell me more despite unsubscribing. I wish I'd never signed up.
