I wont go into the many issues of the 2 seperate orders I placed. 1 order was for a single suit for $350 the second was $900 tuxedo suit. I ordered it 2 and 1/2 months in advance and still delivered it late. Total let down and still they didnt make it on time. Let me tell you, read the other 1 star reviews carefully. My experience was exactly similar to the others complaints. Its a crap shoot. You might get a good suit, you might not. The Issues with quality, issues with specific things you will request for in a suit thay they charge extra, are not done or only half complete. I asked for Suspender buttons. They forgot one whole side on the pants.
The suits are nothing special, yet theyre advertised as fine quality. It's NOT Italian quality as advertised.
Its a copycat suit with average materials. The second order, I placed it 2 1/2 months in advanced.. They sent robo email to ask for more money and to make excuses for delays. They ran out of coat liners. they are on backorder for materials and so on. Their reply system is automated with delays and requests for more money.
You are seriously going to the Las Vegas Suit maker style to shoot craps and hope you do well.
Some do and others crap out like myself.
So read the low ratings to see our headaches and then you decide if its worth your time or money. Mistakes on their part will NEVER be addressed much less fixed. You will get no replies or refunds and dont expect they will coreect it and ship it back. They only offer to remake it at your cost... The website looks great and professional but the operation is another similar type that they put out questionable products with imperfections.
In all fairness, you might get a good suit that will take a very long time and youll be lucky. Yet, you were warned.
Save your money. There are many another website with same service and much better reviews. I found another one and have ordered 3 suits from them with ZERI issues. They actually have real customer service support, stand by their products and reply to all issues. This Studiosuits company is in India and they have zero commitment to keeping their own promises to their quality and products. They use replicas and quality is a ceap shoot.
