I signed up for a business analysis course in 2022; once I completed it, I started reaching out for a promised voucher. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have been unable to connect with anyone online. I've been trying since 2022, and now it's 2026 with no replies. They stopped answering calls and do not respond to emails. Please, avoid this at all costs.
Avoid this service at all costs; they are fraudulent. I purchased courses over a year ago and have not received any materials or exam vouchers. After my last review, they pressured me to change it from 1 star to 5 to extend my access, as it was about to expire. I reluctantly changed it to a 4, but a year later, I still have nothing to show for my investment of over £800. If you're reading this, do not buy any courses from them. Their positive feedback is from coerced customers. I would give a -5 star if possible. I demand a refund, as your actions have cost me many opportunities.
Awful experience with this company. They charged me about £900 for a course, but I could only take the foundation exams. When I inquired about the practitioner exams, they kept saying they couldn't schedule it. I've been trying to get my money back since then. Stay away for your own peace of mind.
I've filed a complaint but received no response despite multiple attempts to contact them. I bought a bundle for various courses and have been waiting 6 months for my exam vouchers. My course access ends next month, which has caused a lot of stress. If you're considering this service, I recommend looking at other options. The course material is good, but if you can't take the exams, it’s pointless. I still haven't received any communication about my vouchers.
