Dental tourists, if you are considering treatment, I recommend READ THIS FEEDBACK first.My experience at Stunning Dentistry was not great. I travelled to Delhi for planned dental treatment in early October 2025.The communications prior to travel were great, and the website was well presented with excellent reviews.I arrived, and the staff were friendly and professional however something didn’t quite feel right, and I felt uneasy. There were no health checks or questions about health or medications (important due to potential medication interactions etc). The costs were significantly different, and they asked for payment upfront (which apparently is not the done thing in India), and I felt pressured by this. Also, the hotel recommended as a 1 min walk was a 15-20 min walk through an area undergoing heavy construction. I did try to discuss concerns with them, and they did ask if everything was okay, however they downplayed/dismissed my concerns, and I felt they were not going to listen. I did not want to be pressured into starting treatment. For this and other reasons, I decided not to start treatment that same day.I went to the hotel and searched for certification of the ISO 9001: 2015 international accreditation for Stunning Dentistry on the official ISO website which is found on the offical International Accreditation Forum (IAF).It came up no matches found.It was important to me to be at a clinic that followed the highest safety procedures in international standards of care, safety, and hygiene, and I could only find a record of ISO 9001: 2015 certificate for Stunning Dentistry that had expired in November 2022 (almost 3 years ago at the time).I decided not to go ahead, and on advice from family and friends, I left India the next day.Since providing earlier 1-star feedback I have been contacted by Dr Pallavi at Stunning Dentistry many times with the intention to persuade me to amend my feedback. The messages started off friendly, persuasive offering to help, saying they were sad about my feedback and how they were ranked no. 1 in New Delhi, and offering a refund of the consult/scan fee (which I declined). However over time, the tone of the messages changed, becoming mildly intimidating, bullying, and threatening.The latest message they have accused me of defaming the clinic and said they will take action against me. I take threats like this very seriously and will report these threats.All I have asked is evidence of current official ISO 9001: 2015 certification. They finally sent me a copy of a certification and a link that showed they were ISO 9001: 2025 accredited, however the accreditation was not issued by the official UK organization or any of its associated parties. They also asked me to keep this document confidential and not to pass or share (which alarmed me), as this type of accreditation, if genuine, should be displayed openly in the clinic and easily found on an official website search.I checked the certificate number against the official organization, and there is no match to the offical IAF. The certificate they have appears to be issued by a third-party agency with no association with the IAF the official international organization that issues ISO 9001: 2015 certificates for standards of care and safety.I feel like there is a practice of getting people to change their feedback, and this is why their feedback is overwhelmingly positive.They cannot however change a review on Trustpilot.This review is an honest account of my experience. I am not saying don’t go there for treatment, as I am sure plenty of people have had amazing results dental treatment. It was just not the right clinic for me for the reasons explained.Stunning Dentistry if you can prove you have current ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation through the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), NOT just through some third-party agent not associated with the IAF, then I would be happy to update my feedback on the accreditation part.Otherwise, leave me alone.
