I visited this clinic based on a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unsure about proceeding with any treatment.The clinic itself was clean and the staff were friendly, and I appreciated that the practice manager came in to speak with me after I raised my concerns. She made an effort to address the issues, which I do acknowledge. However, by that point, I had already lost confidence in the process and didn't feel comfortable to proceed.From the start, there was little explanation about what the appointment would involve, and I spent a lot of time waiting without guidance on what was happening or what to expect. Nothing was clearly outlined in terms of how the day would go and what would happen during thr visit which felt disorganised and impersonal.The scan itself left me feeling uneasy, particularly because the lead apron wasn’t properly applied, iI noticed it on the seat next to me before I had a chance to say anything the scan was underway and the person had left the room which raised concerns about basic safety procedures. While I understand the actual risk may be low, the lack of attention to detail affected my trust.As for pricing, while I accept that cost isn’t everything, the rates I was given were significantly higher than I expected — especially after having formed a different impression based on the clinic’s online presence and conversations beforehand. It just didn’t feel aligned with the value or transparency I’d hoped for.Ultimately, despite the staff’s politeness and the manager’s attempt to help, the overall experience left me feeling unsettled and not confident enough to continue. I hope this feedback helps the clinic improve its communication and patient reassurance moving forward.I have adjusted stsr rating on reflection.The clinic followed up sincerely after my feedback. While I still chose not to proceed, I do appreciate their willingness to engage and listen.
