Now that I am finally back home and have slept and eaten, I wanted to write you this letter. I am so very pleased with my new smile and I couldn't have asked for more. I wish I could have videoed my mums reaction when she saw me last night, she was so shocked and still can't stop looking at my teeth! She is incredibly impressed and we are going to make plans for her to come and have her teeth done the same way. I told her all about the amazing dr Shilpa and will only want to see her. I must express again the greatest gratitude to the wonderful doctor she is. So very patient with me, gracious and kind but also very strong on everything she did for me. An amazing lady! I also want you to thank the team for the way that they were with towards the end of the day when I was getting very tired and a bit upset (I'd been awake for 30 hours by then!) As they were so kind with the flowers and the delicious cupcakes. I could have been more gracious so my apologies go out to all who dealt with me towards the end. You have a fantastic team, a little long on the the scheduled waiting times but nonetheless, you created wonderful work in just two visits and at such a reasonable price. I have passed on your number to several work colleagues who are also very impressed with the work done. It will always be tricky to manage getting the work done in so little time but it can happen. So for the final time, please pass on my sincere gratitude to Dr Shilpa for her artistry and strength in doing this work and my aftercare and tge flowers and cakes (they made it back to the UK in one piece!) Just a special mention to the lovely lady, Kavita on reception who was super friendly on my next visit!Please send me all my paperwork regarding total bill and any photos or videos that you took.
