Absolute garbage company and fraudulent activity.I saw their service on FB and inquired about a logo, because hey, it was only $19. They created logos and they did spend a decent amount of time communicating with me to try and create a logo as well as have revisions. They didnt capture my vision but thats fine. The service in general regarding the logo itself, was good, and communication was fine.This is where my good experience ends. A few months later, they reached out to me and said someone had registered trademark my company name, and it was of urgent importance that I use their legel service, which is over 1000 USD to register the name myself otherwise I would experience possible legal proceedings or infringement charges.They even sent me a screen shot of the trademark database to show my company name was pending in registration and said that I cannot view the trademark database with it pending because I dont have special legal access!I went to a trademark consultancy service to see advice and they confirmed that 1) there was no pending application for registration of my company name 2) there is no special legal access database. The screen shot they sent me was edited and is a fake, which means they are committing a fraud of information.IF YOU ARE READING THIS, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES WHATSOEVER. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND EVEN COMMIT AN ACT OF FRAUD FOR YOUR CUSTOM.If you deal with such a company, imagine what they will do with your details when you submit any type of payment.This is my message to warn you and if you have read this message and still used their services, then you are asking for trouble. I have done my part to the community to expose and create an awareness for activity this company partakes in, and there is nothing more I can do.
