This is a complete scam! I tried to return two sweaters under their 30-day money-back guarantee, but it's impossible! I keep getting the same response asking for an additional fee to receive a new sweater. There's no way to find an address for returns. The items were way too small and it's a total scam. Avoid at all costs!
