I was given a long gilet as a Christmas gift from Styled Up but unfortunately it was faulty as I wanted it. I contacted them by email as it seems its the only way to correspond (probably because their phone lines would be constant if they had one, judging by all the other bad reviews) and they were great to begin with advising me i could get a refund or a replacement if I returned it tracked and I would get a refund of the postage costs if I was getting a new item. Now this is what I asked for, fast forward 2 months later, still no replacement and after me writing a 4th email asking for an update and how unhappy I was they refunded me the cost of the gilet but took off the shipping cost. (which I understand, but not when they won't refund me for the postage I paid to return the item) I attempted again to get them to see the principal in this matter considering I am out of pocket and don't have the gilet or even the money to by a new one as it went back to my friend. Absolutely ridiculous company.
