I bought a black puffer jacket which arrived on 17/12/22 on the advert it said Northface which I should have known by the price it wasn't none the less it looked OK, discovered when you went into it it said Northface inspired! But this didn't fit my daughter when given it at Christmas wasn't a good shape so I requested a refund and also emailed them I was told yes no problem you will receive a refund once we receive it, I took photos of everything the A4 return slip inside the packaging, returning it in shop with the return label, I got photo confirmation from Evri it had been delivered to Styledup so just waited, to no refund, emailing back and forth they said they had a backlog and I would receive my refund within 30 working days but nothing, luckily I paid through PayPal and opened a dispute and sent them all the photographic evidence with in just over 2 weeks 28/2/23 I received my refund. I didn't read reviews before I ordered so lesson learnt. This company clearly don't like giving refunds and make it very difficult hoping you will give up so i will never order from here again.
