Wish I’d checked reviews before ordering from this sham company. Ordered a coat and after one week of wearing, the material started fraying. The material looked much better quality online. Tried to get refund or exchange, wouldn’t help as out the 14 days. They took no ownership that the issue was their fault. No exchange, no refund offered. When I asked to make a complaint, they have no complaints dept, they started ignoring my emails. Even logged complaint resolver and they still ignoring me.
