I’ve recent been in touch with this company to let them know that the puffer jacket I bought for my daughter in December for Christmas has got a broken zip which means she can no longer zip it up. I was told that as it’s now not in packaging and the labels are removed I cannot return it for replacement or refund. I told them that in light of the consumer act 2015 as this is a damaged item you need to at least inspect it and then offer a Replacement or refund given that this is within a certain timeframe and it is effectively defective. They come back with the same message. I messaged them again repeating my plea but they are now ignoring me. Stay away from this company, I have now raised this with my credit card company to follow up with them, so I can get my money back and buy another coat to replace my daughters Christmas present. They have very poor customer service and clearly have very poor quality items given the amount of reviews that are all saying some to me. Don’t trust them, stay clear!!!
