I was bought a puffer jacket from styled up for Christmas and after a month it started falling apart. I emailed & got a reply from Caitlyn to say that I was outside of the refund time frame. I went back to her to tell her that I wasn't looking for a refund, the item was faulty and I would like a replacement. A £98 coat shouldn't fall apart in a month. She replied with: The item has been worn, used and damaged, we cannot accept it in a return, please do read our return policy.Short, rude & terrible customer service.
