I bought a puffer jacket for a female relative. It was too short so planned to return and get a refund.The emails that I received from Caitlin indicated standard procedure as in return with the original tags and a refund will be received. I sent it registered post, it was signed for. I have a copy of the signed for receipt by the Royal Mail. The follow up communication with Styled up stated that although they signed for it, they didn’t have it so won’t refund. What kind of crap is that. Take that up with your staff, I had done the part that they asked. Absolute shambles and false customer service. So they not only have my money, but there product back to sell again. This matter will be resolved one way or another.
