Do not buy from this company, accept return but don’t refund!!!. I ordered a coat size 8 when it came it was more like a 12 so I returned it. I paid £6 for the return signed for. Good job I did pay the extra because trying to get a refund from them was ridiculous!. Parcel was delivered to them signed for and picture of delivery, they tell me they have 1000s of returns to get through so when it is processed I’ll get a refund. I asked plenty of times what time frame am I looking at for getting a refund. 2 weeks after they received my parcel they finally answer the question after multiple emails with them dodging the question. Maybe 30 working days they will process my return! With proof of delivery I got bank involved and they got my refund. I honestly believe if I didn’t get bank involved and I waited the 30 working days they still wouldn’t of refunded me. Awful company do not buy! Sizing is wrong and trying to get a refund is impossible.
