This is got to be the worst company i have ever ordered from in my entire life! When I placed my order initially I accidently ordered two of the same jacket to be told that i cannot cancel it and will have to wait till it comes to return it. i did not receive any confirmation email with a order number or anything which concerned me, after this I reached out to styled up who told me they do not have a order with my email address which scared me as £72 was taken from my bank account. After this, she finally found my order but it took about a week and a half to arrive ( bare in mind i paid extra for next day delivery) finally it arrived. The jackets were tiny ! they were size medium but were not medium more like extra small ! I obviously set out to return them right away! their returns process is a big mess! they make you write the returns label and then tell you to write a invoice with your order no and address so they can associate with your order ( it was no made clear i had to do this) they dont give you this information inside the parcel, rather you have to research this to find out anyway i did not know i had to do this so did not . Then the lady told me they cannot refund me because i did not do this, so they cant locate my parcel. This is despite me showing proof it was returned with my tracking number, ( plus my order can not be hard to find since it is two jackets (duplicate order) they also take 30 day to process a refund in whih most people will prob forget about the refund all togethe.. utterly ridicilous i have lost my money now NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!! THEIVESS....
