I ordered two Longline puffer coats for winter. When they arrived they came in the smallest air tight bag, TOGETHER, that I didn't even dare take them out to try on as I would never have got them back in the one bag. The coats were £90.00 each. I returned the items and have never had the money returned to me. £180.00!!! I have chased via phone and email. No answer whatsoever. I even have a picture from the courier of return to their premises with a member of their staff taking receipt of the parcel!! 🙄 It's absolutely disgusting!!
