I ordered a jacket for my partner, it was a long puffer jacket. I had initially looked for model size on the site to gauge how long the jacket actually was but there was none of that information available. Jacket arrived within delivery period, no issues with packaging or with emails to update. The jacket looks as in on the site except it’s not really long (model must be around 5’1” based on jacket length amd was a little tighter than she had expected as all her other jackets fit well in this size. My partner decided she didn’t want to keep the jacket so I emailed to do a return. I have now sent 4 emails and not one has been replied too. Shocking customer service and aftercare. Will NOT use again.
