So I was extremely nervous after seeing all these reviews AFTER ordering. I ordered on the 9th December, had no communication with them even though I had emailed several times. I then got a email from DPD saying they were waiting for my parcel. Around 3 days passed then it arrived. The service from this company was appalling, still no emails back from them however yesterday I DID receive my coat. I will 100% NOT be ordering from them again.
