Ordered a coat on 5th December. Was sent DPD tracking number for 15th...nothing happened and the (?fake) website linked still says item is yet to be delivered on 15th!!?! Nothing delivered. Emailed a number of times, eventually had a reply saying item on way via Royal Mail (not DPD then) and would arrive within a few days. It hasn't. This site is a scam.
