I bought the theme which is OK. But then I paid U$70 for them to install it. They completely botched the install, wiping out all my site information, content and customer lists. Furthermore they were very dismissive and unhelpful. To add insult to injury they then wrote a public review saying that I'd never paid them to do the install - despite it clearly showing on their own website and me having lots of e-mail proof of purchase. I accept mistakes happen but the service recieved was beyond awful, derogatory and bordering on rude.
