Truly a rollercoaster of an experience with this team. I inherited a website built with their MasterStudy LMS and had to get used to it quite quickly.. this website was having all kinds of issues which we were able to quickly narrow down to compatibility with MasterStudy.After months of back & forth with support agents blaming everything but the plugin I was finally able to connect with Eric who was actually quite helpful. He truly put the effort in to try and find a solution, and we did temporarily.Things were OK for a while but we have now returned to playing whack-a-mole with bugs & problems in their plugin. When one issue is "solved" by their team, another pops up. Half of the widgets are "deprecated" and do not work. The widgets that are supported are full of bugs. Their support team mostly tries to shift blame or provides complicated fixes that include extensive database work.I do not recommend this team and their LMS. There are many options available, especially if you are starting from scratch and not stuck with it like we are.
