I originally purchased the MasterStudy LMS theme from StyleMix Themes, expecting a smooth experience after being impressed with the free version. Initially, after a recent update, I encountered significant issues, with the platform freezing when I tried to create new courses. On top of that, I was frustrated by the lack of response from customer support.However, I’m happy to provide an update: Since then, I’ve received excellent one-on-one support from Madina, who responded in under 24 hours and provided all the necessary information to resolve the issue. Now, my LMS is working smoothly, just as it did before the update.Thanks to Madina’s timely help, I’m back to using the platform effectively, and I appreciate the support that turned things around.Even worse is the customer support. I reached out several times, and despite my frustration and urgency, I received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a product that no longer works and not get any help when needed.I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the overall experience. I had high hopes for this theme, but it has been a waste of money and time. Unless they make drastic improvements to both the product and their support, I cannot recommend MasterStudy LMS or StyleMix Themes.
