An unfortunate situation occurred; the package was delivered, but the delivery service failed to leave it at our door as agreed. Instead, it was taken by someone on the street. We hope the seller will take responsibility and communicate with the delivery service, but our attempts to reach out have only led to automated responses and no customer service. We're quite unlucky, having lost 108 euros.
