There needs to be a way to review a stylist based on their conduct and business practices. My barber, who I was loyal to for six years, cancelled my appointment last minute and decided to ignore my text when he asked me when I wanted to rebook. He also ghosted me last month when i tried to schedule 5 days before a big event and there were no slots in StyleSeat. He accommodates other clients over the phone WHILE CUTTING MY HAIR, but for someone like me who always books on Style seat in the last six years with him...he's ignored all 7 or so of my calls and texts to make appointment or reschedule outside of the available StyleSeat slots. My barber took me for granted and so I'm no longer his client. It is important for StyleSeat to allow clients to review stylists and not limit making reviews only after getting a haircut. I think these inflated ratings are obfuscating legitimate bad experiences that would otherwise be broadcasted.
