I had a very awful and disappointing experience with this place with a stylist named Mya Michelle. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM on 3/7/26 and informed her that I would be 10 minutes late. She said no problem. When I arrived, instead of being accommodated, I was asked to sit and wait in a very cold place for over 3 hours while she continued servicing another client.
During that entire time, there was no communication, no update, and no professionalism shown. After waiting all that time, she eventually told me that I would have to reschedule for the next day. Although this was extremely inconvenient, unprofessional, and costly for me, I still agreed.
To make matters worse, shortly afterward my appointment was canceled without any explanation, and my deposit was simply refunded. This level of service is very disappointing. Clients deserve respect, clear communication, and professional time management. I would rate this experience a zero if it was available
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with this place or this stylist.
