After posting my initial review, I was contacted and received excellent customer service. However, I received the wrong shoes, which I didn't want. Rather than sending the correct pair immediately, I was instructed to return the unwanted ones first. This policy is understandable for exchanges, but not for their mistake. Getting to the post office is challenging for me, so I had to buy shoes elsewhere while waiting. Once I return the incorrect pair, it will take 10 days to process my refund, which is frustrating.
