Although the shoes are supposed to be checked before shipping, I received a pair that was dirty. They seemed like display stock or previously worn. Customer service was helpful and allowed me to return them, but this shouldn't happen in the first place. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this experience has made me hesitant to shop again.
