If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order for wedding invites Sept. 10, 2025. Proofs came back perfect, however I needed to change the return address on the Thank You envelope, otherwise the order had no other edits. The address on the Thank You envelopes was updated and approved. We received our order in a timely manner, however there was changes made on the invite envelopes to the return zip code, never requested and some punctuation errors on the RSVP’s as well. Now we need to get these errors corrected. There were no errors on the original proof sent. We contacted the company and they were on Chinese New Year so a response was delayed 4 days. Finally started receiving emails from the company Oct. 8 and they saw the error and corrected it. We approved the reprint on Oct. 8th and as of October 13th I am still being asked if to confirm the mistake. If I had known this company was in China as I am in the US the order would not have been placed. The invites are very pretty however I now need to send the envelopes with an Avery Label over the mistakes…. 3 places on 2 envelopes. So now my daughters wedding invites are going to look trashy. I have tried to call the phones they have provided and it’s a ghost line. Stylish Wedd has absolutely made this entire process my worst experience ever with a printing company. Shame on this company for the deception and thank you for another life lesson.
