Very poor customer service sublimation items can't even print on says white high gloss magnets but turned up a dirt cream. Be even printed look awful, They don't answer phone just rings and rings and email response after 4 emails saying well u burnt them even though I sent pic of all the black from delivery were dirty cream colour. Poor company stay away you be wasting your money. I been left out of pocket and products that can't be used not fit for purpose.I had used 1 and the colour was worse heat settings was to guidelines I did not burn them
