I uploaded one single video just to test them and immediately realized the product doesn’t work the way they lead you to believe. It was basically useless for what I needed.I asked for a refund right away, since all I did was upload one file (no edits, no exports, nothing). Their response? No refunds, because apparently just uploading your own video locks you into paying full price.That’s a pretty shady policy. If you’re considering signing up, know that once you even test it, your money is gone.
