Terrible experience, customer service, and refund policyI'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt the need to leave this one for anyone considering trying the product to see if they like it.I signed up for submagic with the most expensive plan option because I needed a few specific features. I uploaded one video to test it out the features and realized the product did not work as I was lead on to believe. I then immediately asked for a refund since all I did was upload 1 file (didn't even edit or export anything) and they said they don't offer refunds since I uploaded my own video to the account.EDIT: After posting this review and going back and forth with their customer support they decided to make an "exception" and give me the refund.Adjusted from 1 to 2 stars and thought I'd give updated context.
