I had accidentally clicked "Pay Annually" instead of "Pay Monthly". As someone who just launched a business I really couldn't afford to pay the full price up front. Customer Service got back to me quickly and let me know that while they don't generally offer refunds they would make a reception. I was very appreciative of their help and it made me love their product even more!
